Effective framing of your argument focuses on repeating a few core themes until they are internalised by your audience. Repetition is an effective tool because repetition is how we learn.

Note you should not repeat the same words over and over, since this makes apparent that you're trying to persuade. Instead repeat and elaborate on the core themes while varying your exact words.
