As Strunk and White wrote, a word may be in the dictionary, but that doesn't mean you have to use it. Same too with ideas — not every idea is worth sharing.
Share only if it has a purpose. What you wish to say may not only lack value, but may be actively harmful.
Not everything is worth saying, and not every battle is worth fighting. When you have something to say, first make sure it is worth saying.
