- A team effectiveness exercise. Each member of a team identifies the most important contribution and the area most in need of improvement of each of their peers, each member shares this.
- Personality and behavioural preference profiles (for example MTBI, DiSC) .
- 360-degree feedback.
- Experiential team exercises.
